Refund policy

Digital products

All Happy Math Club products are digital downloads (PDF files in a ZIP folder). Nothing physical is shipped. You receive your download link immediately after payment on the order confirmation page and by email.

Problems with your files

If a file is missing, damaged, won't open or doesn't match the product description, contact us or email support@happymathclub.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will send you a working file or a new download link. If we can't fix the problem, we will give you a full refund.

Refunds

Because digital files can't be returned once they have been downloaded, we don't offer refunds for change of mind after the files have been downloaded. If you bought a product by mistake and have not downloaded it yet, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you.

Customers in the European Union

For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download starts, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
