1. Who we are

2. Products

We sell printable educational resources (PDF files) for Kindergarten to 5th grade. All products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. Product images show examples of the pages; printed results may vary with your printer and paper.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market (USD for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). Payment is processed securely through the payment methods shown at checkout. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Delivery

After payment you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. License and permitted use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in one classroom or one home. You may print as many copies as you need for your own students or children. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload to shared drives or websites, or claim the files as your own. All content remains the property of Happy Math Club and is protected by copyright.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. For EU consumers, by completing a purchase of digital content you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the download begins.

7. Liability

Our resources are educational support materials and are provided as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
